Reverse 911 - Registration Form
The Reverse 911 County emergency notification system is an essential tool in contacting you by way of telephone when an emergency occurs in your area. In order to maintain an up to date phone listing the County of Essex Emergency Management Department needs your assistance. If you have recently moved and/or have an unlisted phone number or if you subscribe to the Canadian Marketing Association's Do Not Solicit list you will not receive notification in an emergency situation. If you want to be included on the contact list you must provide your information by completing the form available at the municipal office (main floor) or by downloading the form here. All information submitted will be held in the strictest confidence. |
