In-person voting in Lakeshore's Municipal Election officially kicks off today with advance voting at the Comber Community Centre (7100 Community Centre Street/6211-6213 McAllaster Street, Comber) from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Municipality of Lakeshore offices will be closed on Friday, September 30 in recognition of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. The Atlas Tube Recreation Centre will be open for regular hours.

In-person voting in Lakeshore's Municipal Election officially kicks off this week with advance voting at the Comber Community Centre (7100 Community Centre Street/6211-6213 McAllaster Street, Comber) on Wednesday, September 28, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The next advance voting event will take place on Saturday, October 8, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in the Renaud Room at the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre (447 Renaud Line Road, Belle River).

Greenhouse Study Report Expected Later This Year

The report on the Lakeshore Greenhouse Study is now expected to be presented to Council in late 2022.
Originally scheduled to be presented at the meeting on October 11, 2022, the Municipality has received a significant amount of public feedback on the contents of the study.
“We’d like to thank all those who took the time to attend the meetings. Many have submitted detailed and informed comments on the content of the study,” said Tammie Ryall, Corporate Leader – Growth & Sustainability.
