Fire Master Plan

Lakeshore worked with Emergency Management Group to create the 10-year plan, which will guide operational improvements and enhance how services are provided throughout the municipality’s communities. The plan reviews all aspects of the fire department to ensure that performance standards and guidelines reflect industry best practices and legislation.
