Community Engagement Process & Timelines

Following this Public Open House, feedback will be reviewed and integrated into the next stages of this project. The next steps of this process are as follows:

• April - May 2022:  Lakeshore will consider feedback from this Open House, Council and other stakeholders and revise the Wallace Woods Secondary Plan then prepare an Official Plan Amendment (a formal record that brings the Secondary Plan into force).
• June - July 2022: Council will hold a Statutory Public Meeting to include a Public Open House to discuss the revised Wallace Woods Secondary Plan and solicit feedback on the updated draft. (Date to be confirmed).
• July – August 2022: The Secondary Plan will be presented to Council for deliberation and considered for adoption (Date to be confirmed).
