Received a presentation from the Essex Region Conservation Authority regarding the 2025 Draft Budget.

Received the following reports for information only:

Approved participation in the Golf Cart Pilot Project, and adoptedBy-law 12-2025 to authorize the use of golf carts on municipal roads in Lighthouse Cove; directed Administration to amend the User Fee By-law to include a Golf Cart Registration fee of $75.00; directed Administration to retain a third party to assess and introduce the required signage and other roadway safety measures to support the pilot program, to be funded from the Roads Reserve; and requested that the County of Essex adopt a by-law to authorize the use of golf carts on Tisdelle Drive.

Directed Administration to bring back a report regarding oil recycling, which may include information regarding paint and other hazardous materials.

Adopted By-law 3-2025, being a by-law to authorize an agreement with Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation regarding the Housing Accelerator Fund.
