Council:

Received the following reports for information only:
Awarded the tender for the St. Pierre Drain to Rudak Excavating Inc. in the amount of $348,997.11 (including applicable HST).
Approved By-law 8-2025 to adopt an Emergency Response Plan; and approved By-law 9-2025 to establish an Emergency Management Program Committee.
Approved By-law 10-2025 to adopt a Recruitment and Employment Policy.
Provisionally adopted By-law 11-2025, being a by-law for the Bridge over the Bernard Tellier Drain.
Approved an additional capital budget expense in the amount of $1,168,205.00, including applicable HST within the 2025 OCWA Capital Program to be funded from the Wastewater Reserve.
