Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Housing Incentive Program - Summary of Applications and Funding Allocation

Deemed Lot 9 and Lot 10 on Registered Plan of Subdivision 1421 in the Municipality of Lakeshore (312 and 314 Elmgrove Drive) as no longer forming part of a registered plan of subdivision.

Authorized the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Subdivision Agreement with the Owner, John Vanderwerf, of Cooper Estates Limited for the Cooper Mills Phase 2 Subdivision, (Lakeshore File SA-03-2024).

Authorized the Mayor and Clerk to execute a Subdivision Agreement with the Owner, John Vanderwerf, of Cooper Estates Limited for the Forest Hill Phase 5A Subdivision (County File No. 37-T-02009).

Deferred consideration of the Tender Award - Notre Dame Street, Traffic Improvements report, pending a notice of reconsideration from the September 23, 2025 direction, to be presented at the next Council meeting.

Awarded the tender for Streetlight Infrastructure Mapping to Field Electrical Contractors Inc. in the amount of $103,998.72 including applicable HST.

Awarded the tender for the improvements to the Chauvin-Blanchette Drain and the Kennedy Drain to Major Construction Ltd. for a total project cost of $350,359.68, including applicable HST.

Directed the Interim Chief Administrative Officer to proceed with Option 4 for the development at 0 County Road 27 and upon approval of the CIP amendment to include 100% waiver of the development charges described in the report, to waive development charges in alignment with the amendments and to exclude holding tank costs, for new residential housing units constructed at 0 County Road 27; and to present a funding plan for the use of future HAF funding and/or Rural Economic Development CIP funds
