Council: 

  • Approved Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZBA-01-2026 (Zoning By-law 2-2012, as amended), to rezone the lands known legally as, Part of Lot 1, Registered Plan 898, Maidstone; designated as Part 1 on Plan 12R-30334; Lakeshore, being part of the Property Identifier Number 75004-0193(LT), from “Residential Waterfront – Watercourse Zone Exception 2” (RW1-2) to “Residential Waterfront – Watercourse” (RW1). 

  • Received the following reports for information only:  

  • Adopted the following by-laws: 

    • By-law 7-2026, Being a By-law to Authorize Grants by the Municipality of Lakeshore for 2026 

    • By-law 16-2026, Being a By-law to amend By-law 2-2012, Zoning By-law for the Municipality of Lakeshore (ZBA-01-2026) 

    • By-law 20-2026, Being a By-law to Authorize an Agreement with Lakeshore Minor Baseball Association 

    • By-law 21-2026, Being a By-law for the East Branch of the William Strong Drain in the Municipality of Lakeshore (provisionally adopted only) 
    • By-law 22-2026, Being a By-law to Confirm the Proceedings of the March 10, 2026 Council Meeting
