Approved Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZBA-06-2025 to rezone the lands known legally as Part of the East Half of Lot 2, Concession 3; Lakeshore, save and except Part 1 on Plan 12R30228, being part of the Property Identifier Number 75065-0101(LT), from “Agriculture (A)” to “Agriculture Zone Exception 1 (A-1)” zone, and rezone the lands known legally as Part of the East Half of Lot 2, Concession 3; Lakeshore, designated as Part 1 on Plan 12R30228, being part of the Property Identifier Number 75065-0101(LT), from “Agriculture (A)” to “Agriculture Zone Exception 121 (A-121)” zone; and adopted By-law 61-2025.

Directed Administration to advise the County of Essex that the Municipality of Lakeshore supports the extension of draft plan approval for a period of 3 years (from October 20, 2025 to October 20, 2028) for 11567565 Ontario Limited, River Ridge Subdivision (File No. 37-T-97010).

Directed Administration to proceed with Option 2 - Modify the Proposed Commercial Development (SPC 08-2025) at 1287 and 1297 County Road 22 and re-evaluate the traffic impacts at the intersection of County Road 22 and Renaud Line.
