Lakeshore’s Parks Concert Series Returns for Summer 2026
Free Concerts Start June 19!
Friday nights in Lakeshore are about to get more musical as the Parks Concert Series returns for another summer of live music in local parks.
“The Concert Series is not only a celebration of music and local artists, but also an opportunity to bring people together in our parks and community spaces. These concerts invite residents and visitors to connect, enjoy the outdoors, and experience the vibrancy of Lakeshore throughout the summer.”
-Mayor Tracey Bailey
From June through September, residents and visitors can enjoy free, family-friendly performances featuring 10 local artists at parks throughout Lakeshore. Concerts will take place on Friday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
This year’s series begins with AcoustiCats on June 19, 2026, at Linda McKinlay Square in Comber, kicking off a summer of music and community connection. Earlier this year, Linda McKinlay Square officially opened as a new gathering space in Comber, honouring the contributions of long-time Lakeshore resident and Comber community member Linda McKinlay.
Attendees are reminded to bring their own lawn chairs, blankets, and insect repellent for a more comfortable evening outdoors.
