Lakeshore Welcomes New Interim Chief Financial Officer
The Municipality of Lakeshore is pleased to announce the appointment of Patricia Leblanc-Jaeger as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. Patricia started with Lakeshore in April.

Patricia brings a strong background in public sector finance, with experience at the Ontario Ministry of Finance, the St. Clair Catholic District School Board, John McGivney Children’s Centre School Authority, and at the Windsor Port Authority. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant with experience in auditing, finance, treasury, accounting, information technology management, policy development, enterprise risk management, and internal controls assessment. She currently serves on the Executive Team of the Board of Directors as Treasurer for both the Windsor Essex Chamber of Commerce and the Pelee Island Bird Observatory.
In her role as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Patricia will oversee Lakeshore's financial strategy and planning, including accounting, revenue, and finance functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. She will also serve as the Municipality’s Treasurer.
Patricia’s role with Lakeshore is expected to continue until Spring 2027.
