This would permit development on partial services, consisting of municipal water and private septic systems, and allow lot creation through consent approval.
The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment would rezone the subject lands from the Hamlet Residential Exception 6, Holding Symbol 5 (HR-6(h5)) Zone to the Hamlet Residential Exception 13 (HR-13) Zone.
In addition to removing Holding Symbol 5 (h5), the proposed HR-13 Zone would include the following site-specific provisions:
- A minimum lot area of 1,932 square metres for single detached dwellings where municipal sanitary servicing is unavailable.
- A minimum lot frontage of 15 metres for single detached dwellings where municipal sanitary servicing is unavailable.
