Remembrance Day Events in Lakeshore

Municipality of Lakeshore offices will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in recognition of Remembrance Day. The Atlas Tube Recreation Centre will remain fully operational.

“These gatherings serve as an important reminder to honour the sacrifices made by our brave veterans and their families,” said Mayor Tracey Bailey. “In the busyness of everyday life, it can be easy to lose sight of the significance of Remembrance Day — but it is essential that we pause, reflect, and remember the dedication of those who have selflessly served our nation.”
