Stoney Point Community Park Construction Underway

Stoney Point Community Park will be closed starting the week of October 6, 2025, for construction.

The park is expected to reopen in time for Lakeshore's 2026 Canada Day celebrations.

The project will include a new splash pad and playground, upgraded washroom and pavilion, natural play area, shade structure, exercise nodes, rehabilitated skate park, new basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, additional asphalt parking areas and pathways, as well as improvements to the toboggan hill.

Residents are asked to avoid the area and follow signage throughout the construction period.
