Temporary Lane and Local Road Closures Coming Up for County Road 22 Sewer Project Field Investigations

Lane closures are expected on County Road 22 and nearby local roads starting the week of September 28 as field investigations for the County Road 22 Sewer Expansion Project begin.

Motorists should expect temporary lane closures on County Road 22, as well as short-term local road closures.

Please follow all posted signs and use caution around workers, vehicles, and equipment.

The work is expected to happen over approximately three months and will take place in the following areas:

County Road 22 from east of Rourke Line to east of Old Tecumseh Road
Rourke Line Road, County Road 22 to Girard Drive
Puce Road, County Road 22 to Oakwood Avenue
I.C. Roy Drive near Ryan Avenue
Mancini Drive
Poplar Drive

Some work will also take place within easements and other areas where necessary. This may include limited ground disturbance (e.g., digging), personnel in the area, and temporary access or staging of vehicles and equipment. Work will be limited to what is necessary for the investigations, and disturbed areas will be restored to their existing condition once the work is complete.

Full road closures for the field work will be posted to the Municipal 511 Map. Temporary lane restrictions will be flagged.
