Closures and Construction Notices

The Lakeshore Fire Department will be conducting live search and rescue training near the intersection of Rourke Line Road and County Road 22 on August 18, 19, 20, 26, and 27 from approximately 6:00PM to 9:30 PM and August 25 from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

The north section of the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre main parking lot will be closed starting the week of August 18, 2025, for resurfacing.

On Monday, December 9, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, system maintenance will have a minor impact on Lakeshore's billing system. During that period, Lakeshore's Accounting & Revenue Services Division will be unable to process payments or provide water and tax billing information by phone or in person.

With construction at Lakeshore Town Hall starting on December 2, 2024, services will begin to transition to the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre starting the week of November 25, 2024. .

County Road 22 from West Puce Road to Wallace Line Road will have lane restrictions from November 7, 2024, until further notice due to a Watermain Replacement. Please prepare for delays during this time.

While Lakeshore’s Town Hall facility will undergo renovations starting later this year, residents and customers can expect the same high-quality services at the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre. At the meeting on October 22, 2024, Council awarded the tender for the renovations to Fina Construction Ltd.
