If you notice any sign down or damaged (stop, contruction, pedestrian crosswalk), we ask that you please contact our office at 519-728-2700 immediately.

Catch basins are storm grates found along the side of the road or occasionally in backyards.  They allow rain water and snow melt to enter the storm sewer system.

A manhole is an opening to a confined space such as a shaft, utility vault or large vessel. Manholes are often used as an access point for an underground public utility, allowing inspection, maintenance, and system upgrades.

If you notice a manhole/catch basin lid offset or has been removed, we ask that you please contact our office at 519-728-2700 immediately.

Pumps and Storm Drains are designed to move water off the roadway.  If you notice that a pumping station is not working, please contact our office at 519-728-2700.

Municipal Drains are defined under the Drainage Act.  The Municipality of Lakeshore is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, improvement or expansion of this drain infrastructure.
