Before applying, please review our Lottery Eligibility information.
If you have not been issued a lottery licence with the Municipality of Lakeshore, please complete the eligibility form for New Applicants in Step 1. Once you have received approval from the Municipality you may advance to Step 2.
If you have received a lottery licence from the Municipality within the year and do not have an annual eligibility update due, you are a Returning Applicant. Please proceed to Step 2.
If you have completed your lottery event and look to submit your report, please proceed to Step 3.
Step 1: New Applicant
New applicants are required to review and submit the following:
- Eligibility Form;
- Appointment of Designated Signing Officers
- Appointment of Bona Fide Officers; and
- Supporting documents.
The Municipality will review your application and notify your contact of your organization’s eligibility to conduct a lottery.
The eligibility review could take up to 30 business days to complete. Applications requiring additional information will be returned to the applicant.
Once approved you may continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Eligibility Approved or Returning Applicants
A returning applicant is an organization that has an active eligibility approval from the Municipality of Lakeshore within the past two years.
If you have not been issued a permit to participate in cGaming in the Municipality of Lakeshore in the past two years your are a New Applicant and must complete the cGaming eligibility in Step 1. Once you've received the eligibility approval letter from the municipality you may advance to Step 2 to be considered for placement at the cGaming Centre.
Once you have received your cGaming approval, proceed to Step 3 to apply for a cGaming permit.
If you're currently participating at the cGaming Centre, proceed to Step 4 to submit your cGaming monthly reports.
Note: The cGaming Eligibility and Use of Proceeds Guidelines will be referenced by the Municipality in the assessment of the organization's eligibility and use of proceeds.
Incomplete application submissions will be returned to the applicant
