- Enter your first and last name, property address, and contact info in the appropriate fields.
- Select “Property Tax Account,” “Water Billing Account,” or “Both Property Tax and Water Billing Accounts.”
- Locate your property tax roll number, water account number, or both.
- Enter the information into the appropriate fields.
- Review and accept the terms and conditions.
- Click submit. Congratulations, you are officially registered for E-Billing!

Lakeshore's E-Billing Initiative
The introduction of E-Bills in Lakeshore allows all property tax and water account holders to access their bills directly from their email inboxes.
To sign up, you will need your name, property address, and contact information, as well as your water account and/or property tax roll number. Please see the guide below for further instructions on how to register for E-Billing.

An E-bill, or Electronic Bill, is a paperless way to receive your bills by having them sent directly to your email inbox on a digital device.
If I'm signed up for E-Billing, will I still receive a mailed paper copy?
No. Mailed paper copies can be provided upon request.
Can a Lakeshore staff member fill out the form for me?
Yes! please contact revenue@lakeshore.ca / 519-728-2700 ext 301 and request that staff fill this out for you.
I have a mortgage company paying my taxes on my behalf should I register for e-billing?
Yes! While you will not receive an interim tax bill, every property tax account will receive a final tax bill in June, if you register you will receive it by email.
I am registered for monthly pre-authorized payments, should I register for e-billing?
Yes! While you will not receive an interim tax bill, every property tax account will receive a final in June, if you register you will receive it by email.
Will all information regarding my tax/water account be sent by email if I register?
No. The following will still be sent by mail.
- Past due/Reminder notices
- Letters for Pre-authorized payment re-calculations in January/June
- Any letters regarding your accounts
When can I expect my bill by email?
- Bills will be emailed to all that register starting August 30, 2022
- Water bills are sent out the 1st week of the month they are due
- Interim Tax Bills are sent in January, Final Tax Bills are sent in June and Supplementary bills are sent between August – December.

Check your spam or junk folder for the email, if not there, please contact revenue@lakeshore.ca, or 519-728-2700 ext 301
