In-person voting in Lakeshore's Municipal Election officially kicks off this week with advance voting at the. Comber Community Centre.

The report on the Lakeshore Greenhouse Study is now expected to be presented to Council in late 2022. Originally scheduled to be presented at the meeting on October 11, 2022, the Municipality has received a significant amount of public feedback on the contents of the study.

The Municipality of Lakeshore is seeking applicants who wish to be appointed to the Election Compliance Audit Committee. Election Compliance Audit Committees are required under the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 to consider applications requesting audits of candidates’ and registered third party advertisers campaign finances.
