Today, WindsorEssex Community Foundation (WECF), the Municipality of Lakeshore, and members of the community gathered to celebrate the unveiling of a new waterfront legacy project made possible through an investment from the WindsorEssex Community Foundation in celebration of their 40 Years of Inspiring Philanthropy.

The talented choir from St. John the Baptist school in Belle River will help kick off Lakeshore Council and committee meetings with the launch of a new O Canada video.

Amendment to the Municipality of Lakeshore Official Plan – Delegation of Authority for Minor Zoning By-law Amendments, File Number: ZBA-05-2024. Applicant.

The Municipality of Lakeshore has reached a collective agreement with workers in the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 702. 4, after Council endorsed the agreement on April 9, 2024, and the union ratified the agreement on Thursday, April 18, 2024. The agreement, which affects a wide range of Lakeshore’s full- and part-time staff, will be in effect until the end of 2026.

At the Regular Meeting on Tuesday, April 9, Lakeshore Council approved. a bold roads rehabilitation program to be undertaken in 2024.

The Municipality of Lakeshore, in partnership with the Windsor/Essex Humane Society, invites the public to attend the upcoming drive-thru microchip clinic at the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre,. from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday, April 21, 2024.
