How to report a problem

Citizens may report problems in the following ways:

1. In person at any of the Municipalities facilities.
2. Over the phone at 519-728-2700 ext. 0.
3. Online using the form below for non-urgent concerns only.  Please review our information page before submitting your problem online.

If the problem is an emergency (Police/Fire/Ambulance) please call 911.
