Asset Management |
The Asset Management Plan 2022 (AMP) will assist the Municipality in making decisions regarding the building, operating, maintaining, renewing, replacing, and disposing of infrastructure assets. The intent of the plan is to make the best use of the funds available while managing risk and continuing to provide adequate levels of services to the public.

Stormwater Master Plan Phase 1 |
Proper management of our local stormwater is one of the ways The Municipality of Lakeshore is adapting to Climate Change. The Municipality of Lakeshore has taken a streamlined approach to ensure stormwater is managed effectively and responsibly to help protect local water sources, as well as Town infrastructure. Over the past decade, key federal, provincial, regional and local policies, guidelines and regulations have either been created or changed - requiring The Municipality of Lakeshore to expand policies and develop an integrated stormwater master plan. Municipality of Lakeshore Stormwater Master Plan- Phase1 is made up of guidelines and policies that dictate how the Municipality will manage stormwater over the next years. The plan prioritizes the projects and provides a means for Lakeshore to estimate future stormwater requirements and costs. |

In 2020, the Municipality of Lakeshore hired the consultant firm KPMG to conduct a Service Delivery Review. The overall goal of the Service Delivery Review was to determine whether the Municipality of Lakeshore is providing exceptional value in service delivery, in a cost effective manner. |
