The Atlas Tube Recreation Centre:

  • Muzzatti Gymnasium is open for rentals, drop-in activities and programs.
  • Arenas are open for drop-in activities.

Comber Community Centre and the Libro Centre in Woodslee are open for rentals and programming.

Follow "Lakeshore Recreation" on Facebook or Twitter for up to date information.

 Lakeshore's Community Centres are available for rent to host various events and activities such as weddings, baby/bridal showers, family gatherings, auctions, program space, training seminars, and conferences.

Prices vary pending room space and hourly requirements.

Atlas Tube Recreation Centre and Library

Located inside the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre

  • Rock Development Rink — NHL-size ice surface (seats 1,000 persons)
  • Shuren Rink— NHL-size ice surface (seats 200 persons)
  • Rink C — NHL-size ice surface (seats 200 persons)
  • 15 dressing rooms
  • Indoor Walking/jogging Track (200m)
  • Renaud Room— accommodates 150 people
  • Essex County Library — Toldo Foundation Branch
  • Program Room 1 — accommodates 35 people
  • Program Room 2 — dance studio, accommodates 20 people
  • Program Room 3 — accommodates 25 people
  • Dr. W.A. Bud and Marianne Muzzatti Gymnasium — basketball, badminton, pickleball and more
  • WFCU Community Pools and Splash Pad Area
  • Men's, women's and family change rooms
    • The Family change room has an accessible stall with a mechanical lift
  • Lap pool
    • 25m x 10m (4 lanes)
    • With ramp access
  • Leisure pool

    • A lazy river
    • Bubble tub

  • Several pieces of accessible aquatic equipment, including water wheelchairs available for use upon request on the pool deck

Comber Community Centre

Located at 7100 Community Centre Street and is a short drive off of Highway 401.

This centre is accessible and has seating up to 200. Includes access to a kitchen, full bar, tables, chairs and plenty of parking.

The Comber Community Centre has access to the Comber Park, playground and walking trail.

Libro Community Centre and Library

Located at 1925 South Middle Road, Woodslee and is a short drive off of Highway 401

This facility is completely accessible with a banquet style room, access to a kitchen, tables and chairs for seating up to 100. 

A meeting room with seating up to 25 is also available for booking.

This centre is located in the Millen Park with ample parking, access to a playground and walking trail.
