For changes to the names on your account, your mailing address or Pre-authorized payment plan banking information.
Name Changes
Please contact the Revenue department at 519-728-1975 ext 301 or revenue@lakeshore.ca to advise of any name changes to be made to water account.

Pre-authorized Payment Plan Changes
The Municipality of Lakeshore requires written instructions to make changes to a pre-authorized payment plan.
Please complete the Change of Information form.
Travelling?
If you are travelling for a period of more than 3 weeks, we recommend contacting the Revenue department at 519-728-1975 ext 301 or revenue@lakeshore.ca for water billing purposes.
Moving?
If you are moving, please schedule your final water meter reading. We will require a forwarding address to ensure you receive your final bill.
Renting?
All water accounts must remain in the name of the owner of the property however the Town will accept payments from a tenant or other non-owner. The Town cannot provide personal information to any person who's name is not on the water account. To release billing information to a non-owner the Town requires written authorization from the owner of the property.
