What is this project about?

The Municipality of Lakeshore is conducting an update to its Water and Wastewater Master Plan (WWMP). Lakeshore’s significant growth and increased demand for higher-density development has triggered the need to re-evaluate and address growth and identify future needs related to water and wastewater services.

The update to the Water and Wastewater Master Plan will ensure proper planning and project guidelines towards the implementation of water and wastewater infrastructure improvements over the next 20 years. This WWMP Update will expand and revise the servicing plan that was adopted in 2018.

How can I get involved?

There are several ways to participate in the study process and provide feedback to the Water & Wastewater Master Plan:

• Attend Public Information Centres. There will be three in-person information sessions where the public can attend to learn more about the study and provide input.

• Send comments and sign up to our stakeholder engagement list. The project team will send out emails with key project information, including updates on Public Information Centres. If you would like to receive updates, please sign up to be added to the list by signing up for the Stakeholder Feedback and Engagement Form.
  

Public Information Centres

The Public Information Centres will provide an information/progress update and serve as an opportunity for the public to provide comments / feedback.
