The Municipality of Lakeshore is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of the pier and facilities at Belle River Marina. Council modified and approved the Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI), which seeks proposals from innovative and community-minded developers, during the July 9, 2024, regular meeting.

Reminder: All Dogs Must Remain on Leash

The Municipality of Lakeshore wants to remind residents that dogs are to remain on leash at all times in Lakeshore parks, unless while in an off-leash dog park in accordance with By-law 27-2022.
“It is important to remember that leash laws are in place to protect everyone. Leashing your dog helps prevent accidents, reduces the risk of wildlife encounters, and ensures a more enjoyable experience for all park-goers,” said Rob Sassine, Lakeshore’s Division Leader – By-law.
